Childhood

Finally finished the long, long overdue commission for Riffuchs. ^^
His own words will be best to describe the picture and meaning:

Now, I want to introduce two other Family members of mine to you.
That's dear Gwen and little Jonathan."

For everyone, who remembers her/his childhood this way.
For everyone, who wished his/her childhood had been this way.
For every parent who plans to spend time with her/his children alike.
And for every parent who does so.

The picture was done with water colors (Aquarell), DIN A3 sized. The basic layout and perspective for the room I created with Google SketchUp. Time taken... forever.

The scan still doesn't do justice to the picture, the art looks so much better in real.
